We will replace or provide a refund to you for any bottle of wine that is corked or defective or that was incorrectly sent to you. However, we are unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error.
Orders may be modified or canceled at any time prior to shipment. However, once orders are shipped, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges.
