Upon signing up for our Wine Club, you authorize Peter Franus Wine Company to charge your credit card on file in accordance with your club level. Billing occurs approximately one week prior to shipments and pick up availability. Orders are subject to applicable sales tax and shipping in addition to club fees as specified.
Members are responsible for notifying the winery of changes to their credit cards, email addresses, and billing or shipping addresses prior to March 1 or October 1.
Prior to each wine club release, we will contact you via email to provide you with the selection of wines included in your release. You may customize your allocation at this time. We will provide members with an email confirmation of the transaction.
All fees are approximate and vary according to the number of bottles and destinations shipped to. Actual fees will be assessed prior to order shipment.

A signature of a person 21 years of age or older is required for all shipments of alcoholic beverages. WE HIGHLY recommend shipping to a business address if at all possible to minimize delivery complications.
Having your wine arrive in perfect condition is important to us. It is our policy hold shipments during periods of hot or freezing weather.
Memberships will be assumed ongoing unless you choose to cancel. Cancellation may be done at any time by contacting us by either phone or email. To avoid being charged for orders you do not wish to receive, you must cancel prior to the first day of the month of shipment (March 1 or October 1).
